Jagannath Mandir: It is distinct temple and it makes Puri as one of the four major Dham in India. Konark: Sun Temple, Nine Planet's shrine, Archaeological Museum, Konark Beach (Chandra Bhaga). The famous Konark Festival is featured enchanting music and dance of Orissa and elsewhere in India. The festival staged between 1st and 5th December.

The History Museum of Marathwada University and the State Archaeology Museum (Sonehri Mahal) are interesting place. The former museum has on display excavations from 2^nd century B.C., sculptures dating back to 7^th and 12^th centuries A.D., miniature paintings of the maratha, Rajput and Mughal times, paintings of the East India Company, weaponry, besides Persian and Arabic manuscripts of the 17^th and 18^th centuries. The Sonehri Mahal has sculptures and panels dug out of archaeological sites in Paithan about 56 km from Aurangabad.

By Air Bhubaneshwar is airlinked with Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai. The nearest airport is at Bhubaneshwar.

By Rail Bhubaneshwar is well connected to most major Indian cities. There are regular train services to Puri from Kolkata.

By Road Puri is well connected with Bhubaneshwar (52 km).
